Seasonal Pricing Structure
The price varies depending on the season, as demand, availability, and operating costs often shift throughout the year. There are three distinct seasons in total:
Keep in mind that each season brings its own experience and value, so choosing the right time depends on your priorities - whether it’s sun, golfing or other exploring excitement.
Payment Schedule & Reservation Policy:

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your dates and holds the property exclusively for you.

The remaining 50% balance, security deposit and a cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your check-in date.

If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Security Deposit:

The guest agrees to provide a security deposit of €200

This deposit serves as a safeguard against:

Damages to the property beyond standard usage

Missing items, furnishings, or appliances

Excessive cleaning requirements or unauthorized late check-out

The security deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of check-out, provided the property is returned in good condition.
Any deductions will be clearly itemized and communicated to the guest via email or written message.
